Flats were built out of ripped 1x6.

All the flats were covered with lauan and then given a paint treatment.

All the flats were painted using three different layers to help create a rustic wood grain effect.

Another wall after being built and painted with the wood texture.

Center wall with a hole for a window cut out. The windows were made from painted plexiglass to resemble stained glass.

Framing for one of the side walls. Holes had to be left for windows that would be installed later.

Construction of one of the two side walls. Three holes were left in each wall so that plexiglass windows could be added later.

Door with trim.

Stage right wall with windows and molding installed.

Stage left walls and windows after installation.
